All products on saxa.com are in stock and available for order. Occasionally, products are oversold. In this event, orders are fulfilled in the order they are received. Items in your cart are not reserved. Processed orders are subject to payment acceptance and availabilty.
saxa.com may require additional personal information in order to verify identity. In the event that additional information is required, we will make attempts to contact you. We will attempt e-mail contact, and await a response within 48 hours. The order is subject to cancellation if there is no reponse from the customer within 48 hours.
All packages are processed for shipping within 1-2 business days of your purchase. Estimated delivery is to be used as a guide only. Delays are not the responsibility of saxa.com. We do not ship to PO Boxes. All separate orders must be shipped individually and cannot be combined, even if the purchaser has made both orders.
Returns & Exchanges
All items are final sale. No refunds only exchanges if an error is made with the order.
